The document describes how the noise level was measured on the facade of a multi-storey residential building in Tashkent. The building has two sides parallel to the railway located about 25 m from it. Because of the short distance the noise level of trains is well above the permissible limit on the facade of the building, the objective of the acoustic study presented in the document was to ensure that the noise level measured at a distance of 2 m from the facade of the building, It was in compliance with the noise insulation standards of Uzbekistan and SP 353.1325800.2017, which fully comply with international standards. В данной статье рассматриваются способы повышения энергоэффективности на крупнопанельных жилых зданиях, сосредоточиваясь на вопросах, таких как оболочка здания, системы отопления, вентиляция и естественное освещение. Рекомендации включают установку высокоэффективного остекления, модернизацию систем отопления, реализацию естественных решений вентиляции и использование отражающих покрытий на поверхностях зданий. Результаты показывают, что повышение энергоэффективности может значительно улучшить экологическую производительность крупнопанельных жилых зданий.

It also analyzes the various strategies and technologies used in the design and construction of indoor facilities to increase energy efficiency and thermal comfort in climatic conditions, as well as the impact of solar radiation, heat transfer and thermal insulation on building performance. He also learns to use advanced materials, shady devices and ventilation systems to optimize the thermal performance of indoor structures. The results of this study will help to develop sustainable design approaches for buildings in dry-hot climates.

This article talks about the developed fire retardant flame retardant compounds for electrical wires and cables, that is, polymer materials developed on the basis of phosphorus, nitrogen and compounds of metal groups. In addition, information is provided that due to the influence of high temperature on these flame retardants, a reaction with oxygen occurs to form various oxidizing agents and water vapor, as a result of which the fire-resistant properties of the insulation of electrical wires and cables are improved.
В данной статье приведены перспективные и широко используемые в транспортном строительстве способы усиления земляного полотна с применением геотекстиля в качестве армирующей и разделяющей прослойки. Экспериментально были проведены работы по устройству покрытий из геотекстиля на железнодорожном участке Кокандской дистанции пути. Приведен анализ первичных результатов мониторинга состояния геометрии рельсовой колеи экспериментального участка, который показал хорошую эффективность использования геотекстиля для усиления основной площадки земляного полотна.
Preparatory measures were proposed, which included the active introduction of energy-saving technologies, an economic incentive mechanism, methodological and scientific developments, industrial production of energy-saving equipment. Three of the proposed ways to save energy were noted. A number of general recommendations on energy saving and specific recommendations concerning individual energy saving systems were considered.

В данной работе мы рассматриваем понятие на сколько долговечны строительные конструкций, выявляем основные положения теории и оцениваем способы повышения долговечности и живучесть в сооружениях. Долговечностью или живучестью называют такое свойство строительных конструкций зданий и сооружений, которые продолжают выполнять свои функции при повреждении или обрушении какой-либо его части. Методика проверки конструктивных элементов базируется на первичных отказах, которые не должны приводить к разрушению остальных элементов.
