  • The document describes how the noise level was measured on the facade of a multi-storey residential building in Tashkent. The building has two sides parallel to the railway located about 25 m from it. Because of the short distance the noise level of trains is well above the permissible limit on the facade of the building, the objective of the acoustic study presented in the document was to ensure that the noise level measured at a distance of 2 m from the facade of the building, It was in compliance with the noise insulation standards of Uzbekistan and SP 353.1325800.2017, which fully comply with international standards.   • В настоящее время одним из наиболее перспективных методов активной сейсмозащиты зданий и сооружений является сейсмоизоляция. Сейсмоизоляция является одним из основных способов обеспечения сейсмостойкости зданий и сооружений [1,3,5,6]. Основная идея ссйсмоизоляции состоит в том, чтобы увеличить основной период свободных колебаний здания и выйти из области преобладающих периодов сейсмических воздействий. Все виды системы ссйсмоизоляции соответствуют общему принципу, по которому структура разбивается на две части и между ними устанавливается сейсмоизоляция. Часть фундамента, которая опирается на грунт, называется субструктурой, а другую часть - суперструктурой [1]. Следовательно, защищаемый объект состоит из трёх составных частей: субструктура; сейсмоизоляция и суперструктура.

  • В данной статье рассматриваются способы повышения энергоэффективности на крупнопанельных жилых зданиях, сосредоточиваясь на вопросах, таких как оболочка здания, системы отопления, вентиляция и естественное освещение. Рекомендации включают установку высокоэффективного остекления, модернизацию систем отопления, реализацию естественных решений вентиляции и использование отражающих покрытий на поверхностях зданий. Результаты показывают, что повышение энергоэффективности может значительно улучшить экологическую производительность крупнопанельных жилых зданий.

  • Identifying seismic fault zones is crucial for assessing the seismic risks and therefore affecting the land cover plan for a specific area. Urban areas built on seismically active fault zones are more susceptible to earthquakes compared to areas covered with dense forests or agricultural lands. The North- West Iran, Aras Special Development Zones (SEZs) are one of the areas with prominent land cover in near future due to its reachability to multiple countries. Analyzing the relationship between land cover types and seismic fault zones in the Aras SEZ can provide valuable insights into the susceptibility of different land cover types to seismic events. We used Land Use/Land Cover (LULC) method to assess the impact of seismic fault zones on land use in the Aras SEZs which involves evaluating the potential impact of earthquakes on different land uses and activities. This assessment can help identify areas that are most susceptible to seismic hazards and prioritize them for risk mitigation measures. In conclusion, our assessment of seismic fault risks on spatial planning and development in Aras SEZs suggests valuable insights to ensure the safety and resilience of future investments and developments.

  • A new technology of construction of seismic-resistant low-rise buildings with high energy efficiency and extended service life is proposed. The proposed technical solution makes it possible to build low-rise buildings with increased resistance to natural and man-made disasters. The building is at the same time framed (made of concrete pipe) and completely monolithic, where the foundation, all walls, ceilings and roof are filled with polystyrene concrete, of different density, andform a single monolithic structure.

  • This article provides information on the crucial role of surrounding structures in mitigating thermal loads on buildings located in dry-hot climates. It also analyzes the various strategies and technologies used in the design and construction of indoor facilities to increase energy efficiency and thermal comfort in climatic conditions, as well as the impact of solar radiation, heat transfer and thermal insulation on building performance. He also learns to use advanced materials, shady devices and ventilation systems to optimize the thermal performance of indoor structures. The results of this study will help to develop sustainable design approaches for buildings in dry-hot climates.

  • This article talks about the developed fire retardant flame retardant compounds for electrical wires and cables, that is, polymer materials developed on the basis of phosphorus, nitrogen and compounds of metal groups. In addition, information is provided that due to the influence of high temperature on these flame retardants, a reaction with oxygen occurs to form various oxidizing agents and water vapor, as a result of which the fire-resistant properties of the insulation of electrical wires and cables are improved.

  • В данной статье приведены перспективные и широко используемые в транспортном строительстве способы усиления земляного полотна с применением геотекстиля в качестве армирующей и разделяющей прослойки. Экспериментально были проведены работы по устройству покрытий из геотекстиля на железнодорожном участке Кокандской дистанции пути. Приведен анализ первичных результатов мониторинга состояния геометрии рельсовой колеи экспериментального участка, который показал хорошую эффективность использования геотекстиля для усиления основной площадки земляного полотна.
