Study of the specific activity of the anti-tuberculosis drug biomayrin

Specific activity of the drug Biomayrin against tuberculosis was studied in comparison with the drug Mayrin. The same activity against the Humanis strain of mycobacterium tuberculosis was observed despite the fact that the amount of active substances of the Biomayrin drug was reduced by two times. Pharmacokinetic studies showed that when the drug Biomayrin is introduced into the body, compared to the drug Mayrin, the therapeutic concentration of isoniazid is four times longer, the concentration of ethambutol is three times, and the concentration of rifampicin is twice as long, and thus it has a prolonged effect.
