INTRODUCTION
With the initiative of President Sh.M.Mirziyoev, special
emphasis was placed on the following issue: "In order
for our young people to be independent thinkers, have
high intellectual and spiritual potential, and become
people who are not inferior to their peers in any field
on a global scale, our state and society must use all
their strength and We will mobilize our capabilities."
If we pay attention to the fact that great figures have
emerged from our people since ancient times, it is
noteworthy that our forefathers singled out
intelligent, talented and capable children from children
who are getting general knowledge. If we focus on the
history of Eastern pedagogy, we can see the following.
When the child was 6-7 years old, they took him to the
head of the neighborhood. The main task of the

neighborhood mudarris (an old school in our language)
was to "bring out the letter literacy" (to introduce the
alphabet), to teach "addition and subtraction" and to
memorize the "Haftiyak". If any student showed his
intelligence and thirst for knowledge, he was sent to
the madrasa located in that district to enrich his
knowledge. It was here that the student who studied
Quran, hadith and worldly knowledge as a student of a
small madrasa was directed to a large madrasa if he
could show his ability in science. After that, students
who showed their talent in mastering knowledge in the
madrasa were directed to the state-level madrasas in
order to improve their knowledge.
As the well-known enlightener Abdurauf Fitrat said, "If
the people of a country weaken family relations with
immorality and ignorance and allow indiscipline, then
the happiness and life of this nation will be in doubt."
Each process is carried out depending on education.
Because from time immemorial, Eastern scholars have
paid special attention to the issue of education.
The reason why the leadership of our country is
focusing on the education of the young generation is
that the future of our great country and people should
be in reliable hands.
Undoubtedly, the greatness of our nation lies in its
wealth of heredity, which is reflected in the fact that
even in the 21st century, worthy followers of our
countrymen, such as Ibn Sina, Al-Beruni, Al-Khorazimi,
Imam Bukhari, have emerged from among our youth,
surprising the world.
It would not be wrong to say that our history is a
witness that in ancient times, our people paid special
attention to talented, gifted and talented youth and
created opportunities for them to develop in all
aspects. Due to this attention, the world is still stunned
by the achievements in hundreds of fields such as
Hadith studies, medicine, mathematics, astronomy,
architecture, engineering.
In our national pedagogy, special emphasis is placed on
this issue, that in order for young people to achieve
great achievements in a certain field, along with
attention, there should be gentleness in the attitude of
adults. Gentleness in the attitude of the older
generation causes the manifestation of talent by
encouraging the hidden potential of the youth to
develop talent, and talent, in turn, to skillful activity.
One of the promising directions of training mature
talented personnel in our country, which is developing
day by day, is to select talented and capable children
from among the growing young generation, educate
them in modern schools based on enriched and
meaningful programs, create wide opportunities for
them and train qualified specialists for various fields in
a short period of time.
Professor E.G. Goziev, a scientist of our time,
emphasizes that "it is necessary and important to

coordinate the mind, spirit and abilities in a harmonious
manner in order to reach the level of maturity and
perfection of a person."
It is known that during the process of social
development, humanity clearly realized that the idea,
which is the product of talent, ability or creative search,
is also property. This wealth, which is called intellectual
property, may not be expressed in different forms of
different fields, but it is the main factor, spiritual and
material wealth, which is added by an individual to the
development of society. The owner of the main wealth
capable of contributing to the development of the
individual and the society, the owner of the intellectual
property, the owner of the talented talent, the all-
round perfect mature person who has the opportunity
to develop, creates various discoveries ahead of time
with his perception and thinking.
Therefore, today it is desirable to pay more attention
to students with pure morals, strong logical thinking,
and high intellectual culture, to provide them with
special training and comprehensive support. The fate
of the future generation and society will be determined
by such talented and intelligent children. Therefore,
one of the most important tasks facing psychologists
of the general education system is to select the
talented among the students of educational
institutions and direct them to one or another field,
profession, depending on their abilities, skills and
interests.
This is especially evident in children who are
distinguished from other children by one or another
personal quality during their studies in general
education schools. One of the main tasks of a school
psychologist is to select talented children, work with
them, study their interests, abilities, and develop
talent.
In the secondary education system, there are still many
problems that need to be solved in the selection of
gifted children and the proper organization of their
education. To eliminate these problems, first of all,
every pedagogue, parent and educator should be able
to see and feel the talent in the child. For this, they
must have general information or an idea about the
individual
psychological
and
physiological
characteristics of a "talented" or "talented" child.
At this point, we found it necessary to briefly touch on
the work that should be carried out with gifted children
studying in general secondary educational institutions,
and to point out their specific characteristics, at least
partially.
One of the leading psychologists of our time, Doctor of
Psychology Professor B. R. Kadyrov stated; "Iqdi - er,
dor - bor, that is, the translation of the word iqdidor is
"Eri bor", "Erdor". As a result of the revolution carried
out in the seventeenth year of the last century, along
with terms such as "entrepreneur", "proprietor", the
term "talent" was deleted from our language.

After the status of the state language was granted to
our language in honor of independence, Uzbek
language began to be applied to many universally
accepted terms. For example, the term "talent"
entered the ranks of "tayyaragoh", "voznikor",
"nohiya", etc.
Talented - a person who has hidden and manifest
unique abilities, who can explain his advanced
thoughts. Talent began to be interpreted as a scientific
category. Talent is considered to be a unique
characteristic of a person.
Ability is a set of possibilities based on reserve
possibilities. The ability is stored in the brain as a
reserve capacity of a person, it can appear
unexpectedly under the influence of a certain need or
situation. It should also be noted that it is not innate.
The ability of a person to make the right decisions in
relation to various situations and achieve success is
demonstrated.
Ability is a person's inclination (interest) to activity
(desire). As an example; the process of a boy breaking
and repairing a car because he is interested in it can be
interpreted as an activity orientation. So, the ability to
exhort acts as a motive. Psychologists have
emphasized that it is ability that creates ability. The
master craftsman chooses his talent while observing
the work of his apprentices. During the selection
process, the master evaluates the applicants for the
apprenticeship based on their ability, interest, talent
and ability for the profession.
It is appropriate for the school psychologist to use
observation and interview methods, which are widely
used in psychology, to determine the potential of
gifted children. In the process of applying both
methods, it is necessary to set a clear goal and follow
professional ethics without affecting the mental state
of the child. For this, the method of hidden observation
should be used in such a way that the child should not
feel that he is being observed. In the process of using
the dialogue method, the psychologist must not show
that he is emphasizing a child as much as possible. It is
considered contrary to the professional ethics of this
psychologist to explain the results and conclusions
obtained from the observation and interview method
to the student in front of many people.
In the course of a separate interview with gifted
students, the school psychologist should first of all
determine whether the interest of the child is in order,
and organize the interview based on the essence of the
profession at the level of talent, and professional
ethics and ethics should not be forgotten.
In the process of working with gifted students with
their parents, the psychologist should first of all collect
complete information about the parents. In the course
of giving information about the gifted student and
introducing the result of the observation and

conversation he conducted before talking about him,
as well as describing the collected information on a
scientific basis, he can dwell in detail on the student's
ability, interest, and the talent and ability that may be
manifested in the future.
It is appropriate for the school psychologist to use
various specific tests or problem cases to assess the
mental level of the student.
It is no secret that the art of listening is the foundation
of a psychologist's professional ethics. Therefore, a
psychologist working with gifted students must have
mastered the hour of listening. Various works have
been carried out on the research of the perfect person.
There are not enough methods or tests used by
psychologists to conduct research in this regard. The
perfection assessment test developed by Professor E.
Goziev was chosen as the main methodology for our
research. The description of this method is as follows:
This method has its own complex structures and helps
to solve the diversity of individual characteristics of a
person in depth. This test has been in practice since
1995, so there is no doubt about its reliability, validity
and representativeness. Each situation in the essence
of the test is designed to be answered based on the
scale "Weak", "Moderate", "Strong", "Extremely
strong". The situation in the given order is evaluated
with points "1", "2", "3", "4" and marked with columns
"3", "4", "5", "6". It is strictly forbidden to specify two
situations in the same period, and the sheet is
recognized as broken. Empirical research included 50
students studying in the 11th grade of general
secondary school No. 132 of Shaikhontohur district.

general, it records an average of 79% on "social

lower than the above scales.
The purpose of this research is to determine the level
of maturity in today's youth. On the basis of the
presented results, it can be estimated that the
formation
of
characteristics
that
determine
perfectionism in young people is at a medium level.
It should be emphasized that Presidential schools are
planned to be opened in every region in order to
introduce new and advanced methods of raising a
mature generation. For this purpose, children with high
ability, sharp mind, thinking and interest are accepted
on the basis of selection by the specially created
commission. In the rapid development of the times,
every child of the country is responsible for guiding
today's youth towards perfection and presenting them
to the world community. Only then will the prospects
of the country of Uzbekistan and its reputation in the
world increase day by day.
