Abstract

This article addresses the topic of the harmony between understanding national identity and professional excellence in civil servants. National identity represents a person's respect and loyalty to their nation, culture, language, and history. Professional excellence, on the other hand, requires being highly skilled and professional in public service. The study analyzes the positive impact of understanding national identity on the professional activities of civil servants. Additionally, the relationship between professional excellence and the development of innovations, as well as the influence of understanding national values on motivation, is discussed. The results show that the harmony between national identity and professional excellence plays an important role in enhancing the efficiency of civil servants.

person comes to understand who they are through

relationships with their parents, family, nation,

humanity, and the entire existence. National and

universal values formed on the basis of these

relationships have shaped the principles of national

ideology, which, in turn, enriches these values based

on the demands of the times. Self-awareness is the

knowledge of one's Homeland, the past of the people

and nation who lived there, their culture, customs, and

values. Self-awareness is also the recognition of one's

nation's long-standing contribution to the progress of

the global community. Self-awareness means a

thorough understanding of the history of one's

ancestors and respecting their spirit.

National Identity and Professional Excellence are of

great importance for civil servants. National identity

refers to an individual's respect and loyalty to their

nation, culture, language, and history. Professional

excellence, on the other hand, involves being highly

qualified and professional in public service. The

harmony of these two factors plays a key role in

enhancing the effectiveness of public service.

Understanding National Identity

Understanding national identity helps civil servants to

deeply comprehend the values of their country and

people. This includes:

National education and culture: Civil servants must

respect and preserve national education and culture.

Historical heritage: Civil servants should be well-versed

in the historical heritage of their people and contribute

to passing it on to future generations.

National language: Civil servants should have a good

command of their national language and actively use it

in official correspondence and communication.

Professional Excellence

Professional excellence requires civil servants to be

highly skilled in their field. This includes:

Professionalism: Civil servants must perform their

duties with the highest professionalism.

Education and continuous development: Civil servants

must regularly update their knowledge and skills.

The harmony between national identity and

professional excellence is crucial for increasing the

efficiency of civil servants. This can be achieved

ethical and behavioral standards in their professional

activities. This will enhance the reputation of public

service and strengthen public trust in it.

The harmony between understanding national identity

and professional excellence plays a vital role in

fostering innovative approaches. It is necessary to

support and encourage innovations in public service.

5. Developing Organizational Culture:

By developing organizational culture, it is possible to

ensure the integration of national identity and

professional excellence among civil servants. This will

help improve the effectiveness of public service.

CONCLUSION

In conclusion, the harmony between understanding

national identity and professional excellence is of great

importance in enhancing the efficiency of public

service. The integration of national identity and

professional excellence helps civil servants achieve

high results in their professional activities and

contributes to the further development of public

service. Moreover, through the alignment of national

identity and professional excellence, civil servants can

perform their duties more effectively and responsibly.
