As part of this project, a film dedicated to the 200th
anniversary
of
Russian
Orientalism
[1]
was
commissioned to be shown at the celebrations in
Smolniki (Poland), and this film has become a feature-
documentary film that meets world standards.
Shakhnoza Khatamovna enjoys working on programs
about art. He was the author and presenter of the
“Zvezdopad” show. The length of the show is between
30 and 40 minutes, and it is recognized as a
documentary film about famous artists and painters of
Uzbekistan. The creators of the show are professionals
in their work, director Gayane Matevosyan, editing
director Shamil Yusupov, cameraman Ravil Valitov,
Rakhimjon Kadyrov, lighting master Yaqubjon
Yusupov, editor Nargiza Vakhobova, technician Aziz
Atakhonov, Khabibullo Ubaydullayev, make-up artist
Alijon Usmanov. We will discuss these shows below.
In the episode of the “Zvezdopad” [2] program
dedicated to the work of “Chingiz Akhmarov Sharq
Botichelisi”, the music and works of the creative artist
were used effectively. Information is given in
chronological order. Genghis Akhmarov's monumental
works on the wall of the Opera and Ballet Theater
named after Alisher Navoi are dedicated to the episode
“Yetti gozal” from Alisher Navoi’s play Khamza. This
work is written in the form of oriental miniatures and
gives the theater a grandeur. The director also made
good use of the dancers in the show, the “Yetti gozal”
come alive with the same movements as in the
monument, the dancers’ costumes, appearance and
movements are filmed very similar. Using the treasury
of the National Television and Radio Company, clips
from programs about the artist Chingiz Akhmarov are
also broadcast. This not only informs the viewer about
the atmosphere of that time, the appearance of the
artist, but literally leads to that time. Since Chingiz
Akhmarov’s work is a logical continuation of
Kamoliddin Behzod’s work, the exhibition will also
include a display of copies of works kept in the
Academy of Sciences fund. In the show, artist students
Sadiq Rakhmanov, Shakhnoz Abdullayeva and Alisher
Mirzo will share their memories about the life, work
and works of their mentor.
“Ocharovanniy solntsam” issue of “Zvezdopad” [2]
program is devoted to the work of Pavel Petrovich
Benkov. There were attempts to revive the artist in the
film. “Benkov” conveys his life to the audience with his
own language. There is no doubt that the music, the
image of the author, and of course the script of the
show were created by professionals. The quiet autumn
landscape is one of the leading themes in Benkov’s
work, and the author of the film did not ignore the fact
that the artist wrote mostly in the landscape genre.
The work known as “Madonna of the East”, which is
considered one of Benkov’s horn works, also increases
the effectiveness of the performance, the Madonna in
the work “comes to life”. Behind the scenes, the
announcer, who spoke about “his life” in a voice

suitable for Benkov’s div, was also among the chosen
ones. People’s artists Javlon Umarbekov and Akmal
Nuriddinov, who consider the artist to be their spiritual
teacher, also tell their memories of Benkov’s works and
descriptions of his works. Another highlight of the
show is the footage of the 1940 Chronicle, a
documentary film about the artist's life. The show was
a success.
Another documentary film of the author’s work is
“Ocharovanniy stranik” aired in 2012, a show dedicated
to the life and work of artist Usta Momin. The film
begins with the performance of a sequence of works
by Alexander Nikolayev such as “Dutorchi Bola”,
“Bahor”, “Choykhonachi” and “Bola”.
The artist who came to old Samarkand, seeing its
nature, ancient buildings and simple-minded people,
became enchanted and fascinated. And we can see it in
each of his works. The program tries to reveal the
philosophy of the works of Usta Momin by folk artists
such as Akmal Nuriddinov and Daima Rahmonbekova.
Archive information is also used to provide
information.
CONCLUSION
It is impossible to imagine the development of the
country without talented people in the cultural life of
Uzbekistan. And television is a miracle that delivers
these representatives to the audience. In today’s
globalized era, nailing the viewer in front of the screen
also requires great experience, knowledge, aesthetic
taste and perfect functioning of the sixth sense from
the creator. Although Shakhnoza Amirova’s shows are
written in Russian, they are the work of an Uzbek
journalist, in which the Uzbek spirit and color prevail.
