MODERN APPROACH IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract. Preschool education covers different periods of development. The article
separately highlights the tasks of raising preschool children.

СОВРЕМЕННЫЙ ПОДХОД В ДОШКОЛЬНЫХ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫХ
ОРГАНИЗАЦИЯХ
Аннотация. Дошкольное образование охватывает разные периоды развития. В
статье отдельно выделяются задачи воспитания детей дошкольного возраста.
Ключевые слова: дошкольное образование, образование, дети, образование,
социальное, духовная зрелость, интеллектуальный потенциал, зарубежный опыт,
образование, зрелость.
Education in our country envisages the formation of a new person who harmoniously
embodies spiritual wealth, moral integrity and physical maturity. Currently, great reforms are
being implemented in education, as in all areas of our Republic. Basing on new principles in the
humanization of social structures, the laws of the market economy, changes in ideological and
moral principles are the basis for the development of measures and activities aimed at solving the
problems of unemployment, material shortage, lack of control of children, separation of families.
In this case, first of all, children, and then adults, need social support. In such conditions,
there is a demand for a social editor as a specialist who solves editorial issues related to the social
problems of the society and helps the individual in the process of his socialization. The strength of
any country is determined by the spiritual maturity and intellectual potential of its citizens. The
spiritual maturity and intellectual potential of citizens is the content of the educational system, the
existence of material and spiritual conditions that serve for the comprehensive formation of a
person, the level of a healthy social environment in society, the content of social relations, as well
as the ethno-psychological characteristics of the population. are formed on the basis of
characteristics, moral views and life beliefs. Education and upbringing are an integral part of any
society, an indicator of its culture and the basis of its development.
The modern education system makes more and more demands on the director of a
preschool education organization, but in such an important field as management, the director's
skills are the strongest requirement. Improving the level of education is mainly related to the
interest of the director of the educational organization in the development of the quality of
education, to feel the specific features of the situation and to make changes in management
activities at the right time.
All-round education should start from the early years of life, and pre-school education
organizations, which are the first link of continuous education, take the leading place. Today, this
system is being improved. It should provide comprehensive education of the young generation,

prepare it for work and social activities. The task of educating a new person is reflected in the Law
"On Preschool Education". Decisions and decrees of the Residence of the Republic of Uzbekistan
are recorded in all regulatory documents of the Ministry of Preschool Education.
Preschool education covers very different periods of development. Today, the task of
educating children of preschool age is recognized as a separate branch of the science of edagogy.
In particular, taking into account advanced foreign experience, creating conditions for all-
round intellectual, moral, aesthetic and physical development of children, increasing the quality of
preschool education, fundamentally improving the quality of preparing children for school in
preschool educational institutions, bringing the world into the educational process the
implementation of modern educational programs and technologies, which are widely used in
practice, and the improvement of the mechanism of training and upgrading the skills of editors in
pre-school educational institutions were set. The implementation of such huge tasks set in the
future requires improvement of the regulatory framework of the sector. Therefore, the very urgent
task of developing the draft law "On Preschool Education" based on advanced foreign experience
was assigned.
It should be recognized that the development of this draft law, in turn, serves to further
improve our national legislation related to the field of education, and to strengthen the legal basis
of all relations related to the field.
In particular, the lack of sufficient conditions for the activities of pre-school educational
institutions, the fact that the buildings are neglected and empty, and that they are not being used
effectively, were criticized, and strategic tasks to be implemented were defined.
The "Ilk Kadam" state curriculum, which is in force in our country, envisages the
comprehensive development of preschool children, taking into account their psychological,
physiological and individual characteristics.
Today, in order to further increase the capacity of personnel in the pre-school education
system, the admission quotas in our republic have increased significantly compared to last year .
This in itself increases the capacity of the preschool education organization. Large-scale
works are being carried out to increase the coverage of children in pre-school education, to
introduce modern innovations, new pedagogical and information communication technologies and
advanced methods to the education and training process , and to develop the material and technical
base. Curriculums of preschool education are being developed and implemented in practice based
on foreign experiences.
Requires the organization of educational work based on a modern approach . The main
goal of management and planning of editorial work is to fulfill the requirements of the "First Step"
State curriculum set for each age group. Together with this, it helps to fulfill the requirements of
the State curriculum. This gives an organizational character to the redagogical process, makes the
educator's work focused on a goal and effective. Strengthens the role of adults in raising children.
To achieve this goal, it must meet a number of requirements.
The editorial work plan determines specific tasks, content, forms and methods of work with
children during a certain period of time. This gives an organizational character to the educational
process, makes the educator's work focused and effective, and strengthens the leadership role of
adults in educating children.
