Expediency of application of a laparoscopic cholecystectomia at acautcholecystitis against cirrhosis of liver

The basis of this research was formed by laparoscopic cholecystectomias 85 patients with acute cholecystitis against cirrhosis of liver being in 2010-2013y. in department of an endosurgery of the Samarkand city hospital. 62 patients (basic group) the laparoscopic cholecystectomia is made, 23 patients (control group) the cholecystectomia is executed by laparotomny access. For the comparative analysis of results of operations in both groups compared the following parameters characterizing injury of operation; the amount of operational access, time spent for carrying out access, operation duration, hemorrhage size, need of anesthesia for the early postoperative period, the beginning of activization and feeding of patients, duration of the postoperative rehabilitation period. The laparoscopic cholecystectomia is optimum for the patient to accompanying compensated cirrhoses of a liver a method of a surgical intervention
