Possibility of conservative therapy in the treatment of chronic colostasis at children

The analysis of conservative treatment in 43 children with chronic colostasis. Developed therapeutic strategy for children with chronic colostasis has improved the quality of conservative therapy and increase the frequency of positive results from 85.9% to 93.0%, reduce the time period for the relief of the main man-ifestations of the disease (constipation, pain, intoxication, faecal incontinence) and length of hospital stay from 20,3 ± 0,31 to 9,2 ± 0,18 days
