Practical medicine has a huge number of examples of the development of "compartment syndromes" [compartment (English) - compartment, compartment, cell, isolated formation] in humans with a variety of pathologies: intracranial hypertension, subfascial edema or intense intermuscular hematoma (after injury or prolonged compression syndrome), glaucoma, intrathoracic hypertension (due to tension pneumothorax or pneumomediastinum, extra- or intrapericardial hemotamponade of the heart), intraocular hypertension (glaucoma), intrapelvic hypertension with blockade of the ureters, etc. The general manifestations of such conditions are reduced to one: a sharp increase in pressure in a limited -This space leads to impaired blood circulation, hypoxia and ischemia of the organs and tissues located in this space, contributing to a pronounced decrease in their functional activity, up to complete disappearance [1]. In the abdominal cavity, all its contents can be considered as a relatively incompressible space, subject to hydrostatic laws [11].
