Rationale for treatment of patients with echinococcosis, taking into account the functional state of the hepatobiliary system

The main biochemical indicts of hepatic functions the aktivifres of alanine aminotransferase aspartate aminotransferase. Concentration of bilirubin, were studied in the sera of 72 patients with liver echinococcosis. There were detected the cytolycitic syndrome in 15, 25%, mesenchymal – inflammatory syndrome in 41,2% and cholestasis in 25,3% cases of disease. Test results medicated that ursodeoxycholic acid had hepatoprotective effect. It shoold be used in combine usage with albendazole to correct the liver function, which disturbed by action of Echinococcosis ghanulosis and albendazole
