  • The article discusses the mathematical modeling of the movement of viscous incompressible fluids through a bundle of tubes located inside the outer pipe. The laminar and turbulent modes of this movement are considered, and the physical meaning of their occurrence is also analyzed. The fluid flow through n tubes of length L and radius r located inside the outer tube is considered. Calculation formulas are derived for calculating the maximum velocity of this flow, the volume of fluid passing through the cross section of the tube, the coefficient of resistance to friction in the tube along the length of the flow, and also the maximum value of the tangential stress. The results of the study of the relationship of the coefficient of resistance to friction in the tube with the Reynolds number are presented. A description is given of a device created according to the results of a study that brings the disordered flow of liquids into a laminar state

Программно-реализованы функции различных фильтров (Гаусса и пороговая фильтрация бинаризация) на изображениях в соответствии с ГОСТ 3443-87. В результате обработки металлографического изображения чугуна была выделена структура графита.

  • Subjects of research: financial - economic activities of polygraphic enterprises of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
    Purpose of work: to work out scientific suggestions and practical recommendations on improving the organization of intraproductive accounting and analysis of the activities of polygraphic enterprises.
    Methods of research: Surveying, comparative analysis, summarizing, classification, systemic approach, statistical analysis.
    The obtained results and their novelty: the analysis of current state and development of polygraphic enterprises and its influence on organization of intraproductive accounting undertaken; scientific recommendations on implementing intraproductive accounting policy for polygraphic enterprises elaborated; the method of calculating the variable and fixed costs to reflect the changes in the edition of publications for polygraphic enterprises suggested; scientific recommendations on budgeting the activities of intraproductive subdivisions of polygraphic enterprises elaborated; the suggested method of intraproductive transfer pricing for polygraphic enterprises proved.
    Practical value: the scientific conclusions and practical recommendations of the dissertation on improving intraproductive accounting and analysis can be implemented in the activities of polygraphic enterprises.
    Degree of embed and economic effectivity: Practical findings and suggestions of the dissertation were accepted for embedding by the publishing-polygraphic house “UZBEK.ISTON” (act of implementation №01/12-259 dated 12.02.2010). Main ideas and concepts of the dissertation are used in the process of teaching courses on “Management accounting”, “Financial and managerial analysis” and “Calculation of production costs” in the Tashkent institute of textile and light industry (act of implementation №382-08p dated 14.10.2009).

    Practical value: is that solution of considered task in the thesis allows developing and fulfilling practical integration of ATLS meeting standard requirements for the wide types of processes in chemical, oil-processing, petrochemical spheres, mineral fertilizer production, construction materials industry and others.

    Purpose of work: Development of applied aspects of building management system production facilities under extreme conditions, which will enhance the effectiveness and safety of the control object.
    Methods of research : to solve the problems used the theory of system analysis, hierarchical multi-level systems, mathematical modeling methods, techniques and situations gravitational logic simulation, the principles of obtaining guaranteed-consistent results, simulation, optimization and synthesis of control systems.
    The results obtained and their novelty: formalized mathematical description of the transformation process of the substrate in the form of equations, developed the algorithm of choice of strategy management of the facility with the best guaranteed result, based on the establishment of functions and functional analytical form, developed an algorithm for assessment of technological processes and management under extreme conditions specific examples of biotechnological production.
    Practical value: Concluded the development of complex algorithms and software tools to solve the problem of modeling , monitoring and evaluating performance object management, providing process management function for recovery of rational exploitation operation of production systems in different states.
    Degree of embed and economical effectivity: designed modeling algorithms, software package, Propositions and recommendations have been got practical applications in the pharmaceutical and food companies. The total economic effect was 11,362 sums (in 2008 y.).
    Field of application: The mathematical model and algorithms can be used in various sectors of the economy for the optimal management of production facilities, which have many different extremal (emergency) and pre-conditions.

    The results obtained and their novelty: is designed new designs multirange TT of the current with extended functional possibility and perfected dynamic characteristic, protected patent RUz, and their mathematical models; the way of the reduction of inaccuracy multirange TT under their work but connecting mode.
    Practical value: designed TT multirangc has an extended functional possibility and comparatively pinpoint accuracy transformation when functioning (working) in connecting mode. Designed mathematical models, allow on stage of the designing multirange TT to research them in steady-state dynamic mode.
    Degree of embed and economic effectivity: designed multirange TT is introduced and production process on attractive substation “Transport” distances of supply “Xavast” Herewith, the annual economic effect forms 5,3 million so’ms.
    Field of application: results of the work can be arc broadly used at development multirange TT, intented for managerial systems and checking state of working device of supply on rail-freight traffics and other branch public facilities.

  • Subject of research: belt drive with a VGR, laboratory device, a section of cleaning raw cotton from small litter 1XK. (УХК).
    Purposes of the work: To create a new efficient construction of a belt transmission with VGR; the development of methods for kinematic and dynamic analysis, the definition of ratio between parameters and the rational justification for their values. Methods of research: In the thesis work used theoretical and experimental methods. Theoretical studies were done based on methods of the theory of mechanisms and machines, theoretical mechanics, higher mathematics, dynamics of machine aggregates, theories of belt drives, etc. In experimental studies used methods of strain measurement, tcchnogcncrator, magnctoclcctric sensor and experimental dynamics of technological machines. The experimental results arc processed by methods of mathematical statistics with extensive use of computer technologies.
    The results obtained and their novelty: A new of a belt transmission with VGR designed and recommended a new analytical method for kinematic analysis. Based on theoretical and experimental studies identified patterns of mass movement of machine assembly, loading of the driven unit. Developed a new belt drive with the VGR and recommended for use in machines 1XK. (УХК) cotton cleaner from a small litter.
    Practical value: This study can be used in cotton factories and in the educational process in teaching the course "Theory of Mechanisms and Machines" and the inclusion in the curriculum of the MS.
    Degree of embed and economic effectivity: The annual economic effect from using a belt drive with the VGR in the cotton factory «Pop paxta tolasi» is 41959.19 thousand sum.

  • Research objects: contactless ferromagnetic transformations with distributions of magnetic parameters CFT and devised of non-destroyed control of quality of industrial production and functioning of technical processes expansion of controlling scopes, mathematical models of the main characteristic, the sources of errors effective and multifunctional ferromagnetic transformations and processes of their projection.
    Purpose of work: theoretical generalization and development of methods of originated of contactless ferromagnetic transformations with distributions of magnetic parameters with the purpose of creation of contactless ferromagnetic transformations with distributed of magnetic parameters with the purpose of rise effectiveness and broadening of functional possibility of contactless ferromagnetic transformations and functioning technical process for the system of control and management.
    Research methods: analytical and experiment methods and methods of structural schemes, theory of automatic management, theory of measuring transformers, theory of errors and operator method.
    Got results and their novelty: generalized principles of construction of CFT of contactless ferromagnetic transformations with distributed magnetic parameters devices of non-destroyed control of quality production and technological processes, classified and exposed the generalized structural schemes and methods of improvement of main basic description of CFT allowing to receive 21 of author’s certifications for inventions: developed and explored new constructions and their mathematical models, were offered with the calculation of non - linear of crooked magnetized, distributed magnetic parameters and constructive features of different types CFT. The static and dynamic models are worked out which allow to analyze all basic exact characteristics and it was worked out a method of heuristic structural synthes of CFT on the basic of counts models of combination of socialized methods, and graphical models improving of their main characteristics, introduce order scheme of priority of main elements with the calculation of a requirement introduced by systems of control and management, the method of the parametrical planning of CFT is developed with the use of computer which allows to choose optimum parameters.
    Practical value: developing in the dissertation general principles of construction CFT allow to analyses existing and to develop new patent ability constructions. CFT of non-destroyed control of quality. Worked out methods of analysis and synthesis of distributing of magnetic stream in integration. Can be used for research development of new high effective and multifunctional and non - destroyed of contactless transformation and devices and transformers of velocity on base of CFT too. Given in account in the dissertation allow to make a preliminary choice of structure and according to small and general elements CFT, calculation their main characteristics and to work out CFT having enlarged controlled diapason in main elements and mass, technological construction lowered material capacity and cost galvanic out come between coming into and out of chains and raised exactness because of diminution of errors from influence of external magnetic fields of neighboring tires with current and from displacement tires from the centre window CFT and possibility of fixed regulations of sensibleness in a broad diapason transformed CFT and flexible integration contour for heavy external environment of CTF, devised in different systems of control and management with the help of leading to formulas graphs and programs of calculation on computer.
    Degree of introduction and economic efficiency: worked out CFT and devices of non-destroyed control of quality of industrial production and functioning of technical processes and transformation of velocity of rotation of engines are inculated by small series in systems of automatized electro wires - drawing machines and in SAM of main drivers of rolling - mills 600, 1000 and 1200 and vacuum arched stoves at the UzHAW (Uzbek hard alloys metals) in S of AR of current of load of electrolysis baths SC “Electrokimesanoat” and Moscow scientific - research Institute of chlorine industry (Russia) in straightened terristorical establishments in Almalick metallurgical plant in main drive and rolling - mill 850 at Serov metallurgical plant( Serov Russia) in the system of nutrition focusing and rotary electromagnetic of accelerators of elementary fractions in common works with SRI of energetics and automation of AS of republik Uzbekistan, in Chirchik EKB of A SU in chemical automation in ore thermal of AS of M of IJ of production of yellow phosphorus of Shimkent PJ (Kazakhstan) and OJSC of “ChTP”, Plant “Deka”, OJSC “UzHAW”, Chirchik AEN, OJSC “Uzbekkimemash”, OJSC of Megaluxe Trait so on. An economic effect from realization of developments makes 18.43 mln sum at present time.

  • Subjects of the inquiry: distant control by isolating switches of a contact network of a railway transport of Republic Uzbekistan.
    Purpose of work: perfection arrangements of management systems by isolating switches of a contact network of a railway transport with the purpose martempering the technician - economic and service characteristics of isolating switches by design of the arrangement system of a radio-guidance on baseline of operating electronic computing machine (OECM) for the electrified railways of Republic Uzbekistan.
    Methods of research: information theory, radio-guidance, reliability theory of engineering systems, methods of protection of the information from the nonauthorized acts.
    The received results and their novelty: for the first time are offered, the digital device system of a radio-guidance disconnectors contact network of the electrified railways, a checking circuit of their condition with the help of the OECM, the noncontact control diagram the electrical actuation.
    Practical value: the developed arrangement of system of a radio-guidance isolating switches and the circuit of the control their state with the help of the OECM, and also the control diagram the electric drive of the isolating switch on the baseline of contactless thyristor commutators expelling a limitation of existing circuit distant control by isolating switches.
    Degree of embed and economic effcctivity: theoretical and practical results of researches as design arrangements of management systems by isolating switches of a contact network of a railway transport custom-made State joint-stock Railway company «Uzbek railways», have found practical application on rail junction Kungrad Energetic the Part-10, with expected economic benefit 4,7 million sum (on one installation), due to perfection of arrangements of management systems by isolating switches of a contact network of a railway transport.
    Field of application: the offered arrangement system of a radio-guidance on baseline of the OECM for the electrified railways of Republic Uzbekistan intended for conducting preventive works and liquidation of emergencies while in service.

    Scientific novelty of the research is as follows:
    it established that the cause of uneven yam tension in the process of developing Avrova fabric on the loom is the non-uniformity of the tension warp yams for libita width;
    it developed a new method of technology for the national awr fabric with desired properties and structures;
    experimentally proved the geometric shape of the section lapping-ki libita yam wound on the warping drum and analytically determined amount of filament winding;
    developed and theoretically justified libit-warping drum aligns the yam tension libita;
    apparatus for binding surface libita, to provide a predetermined tension Avrova thread and an electronic SET Single registration for the value of the thread tension. Theoretically determined the specific density of the winding process and parameters avrbandnogo optimized eliminated fault «Nalezhka» in the fabric;
