Abstract:

This article focuses on exploring the forms,

methods, and tools aimed at improving the process of
developing teamwork skills in elementary school
students. Teamwork skills are crucial not only in

students’ learning process but also in their personal and

social development, as well as in their ability to express
their thoughts freely. The article provides detailed
insights and examples of effective educational forms,
innovative pedagogical methods, and interactive tools
for developing these skills.

Keywords:

Introduction:

It is of great importance to develop

teamwork skills in primary school students. An example
of this is the forms of developing teamwork skills in
students (games, projects, role-playing games, group
exercises, etc.). In his address of December 29, 2020, the
President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M.

Mirziyoyev said, “Since we have set ourselves the great

goal of building the foundation of the Third Renaissance
in our country, for this we need to create an
environment and conditions that will educate new
Khorezmians, Berunis, Ibn Sina, Ulugbeks, Navoi and
Baburs. In this, first of all, the development of education
and upbringing, the establishment of a healthy lifestyle,
the development of science and innovations should
serve as the main pillars of our nat

ional idea,” he said.

"Toward this goal, it is imperative that our youth set
themselves great goals and create a number of broad

opportunities and provide comprehensive support to
achieve them - this is the top priority for all of us. Only
then will our children become a great and powerful
force that will fulfill the centuries-old dreams of our
people." The President considers improving the quality
of education to be one of the main tasks of the country.
In his opinion, in order to train competitive personnel,
it is necessary to raise the quality of education to world
standards. He emphasizes the need to constantly
improve the skills of teachers, modernize curricula, and
strengthen the material and technical base of
educational institutions. "Our future is in the hands of
our youth. Therefore, we must provide them with
quality education" - Sh. Mirziyoyev.

It is appropriate to use the following teaching
technologies in developing creative thinking skills in
primary school students:

Adaptive teaching technologies. The goal is to teach
students independent work, self-control methods,
research activities, develop and improve independent
work skills, acquire specific goal-oriented knowledge
and, on this basis, form the student's creative thinking.
Today, one of the advanced technologies and methods
that are well-suited in education.

Integrated learning technologies. The goal is to
stimulate students' interest in learning, further
increase their interest, develop their mental abilities,
and enrich their integrated knowledge. One of the
modern learning technologies aimed at the complete
assimilation of knowledge. The goal is to teach all
students to achieve high results in mastering
knowledge, skills, and their application.

Problem-based learning technology. The goal is to
stimulate students' intellectual activity, develop the
thinking process, individual characteristics of the mind;
form students' internal learning motives, methods of
mental activity, and their creative abilities; form the
skills of independently searching for a solution to the
problem. At the same time, it is aimed at forming non-
standard creative thinking in students. Today, the
world education system is increasingly supporting the
creative process, the search for various new ideas, the
use of intellectual tools for creative thinking and its
development. Nowadays, we can consider several such
methods and, moreover, apply them in lessons. The
reason is to help young people make the most of a
wide range of opportunities. Therefore, improving the
process of developing teamwork skills in students in
grades 1-4 is not a category that is advisable to educate
today, but rather a category that is mandatory and
necessary to educate. Because if each person does not
respect the opinion and spirit of the team today, and
does not obey the requirements of the student

community, it can cause various serious social conflicts
and crises. Of course, these situations are natural, but if
information and understanding about this is not
provided, such situations can also occur. Complexity. It
is impossible to form teamwork skills in primary school
students at once. The concept of "team" is a complex
and multifaceted concept. In general, the formation of
teamwork skills in students is a process that takes time.
The formation of a team and its development depends
on the teacher. The stronger and more powerful the
team, the more enduring and joyful the achievements
will be. Therefore, in developing students' teamwork
skills, it is necessary to adhere to the principles of
timeliness, division of complexity into small and subtle
elements, sequence, regularity and continuity. It is
necessary to gradually organize the explanation of the
psychology of the team to students using rational
thinking and instill in them the essence of the content of
teamwork.

Mutual equality of educational principles. Based on the
analysis of pedagogical literature, we can say that the
principles of education are directly used in the
formation of teamwork skills in students. It is worth
noting that educational principles in humanistic
relations that arise in cooperative activities do not exist
ready-made, but are often selected and developed
depending on a specific situation. There are no universal
principles in education, that is, principles that can be
applied to everyone.

Orientation to a specific pedagogical goal. Each person
always operates within certain social groups. This is his
family, work team, circle of friends in an informal street
group, study group, etc.

Developing cooperation among students by dividing
them into small groups. They communicate with each
other and exchange ideas. This form allows students to
freely express their thoughts and learn to solve
problems in collaboration with others. Through team
games, students learn to plan and coordinate to achieve
a common goal. It is necessary to pay more attention to
listening carefully to students, expressing themselves
clearly and correctly, understanding others and
supporting their ideas. It is necessary to organize. It is
necessary to involve students in competition as groups,
but this competition must be organized in a positive
way. For example, it is necessary to hold competitions
between groups for the quick and efficient completion
of tasks and encourage them. Only then will students
have a high desire to study. In primary grades,
interaction and communication with students are of
great importance.

By choosing methods of work to develop social
communication among students, organizing activities in

groups, a culture of teamwork is formed and they are
taught to work together in a group. By defining the
goals they set for themselves, they set common goals
and tasks together with students. This helps the team
to unite and support each other. Only then will they
have love for each other and will they try to work
together towards a common goal, uniting in the team.
In turn, great skill is required from the teacher. The
reason is that at the same time, it is necessary to give
them tasks to form a team, and also explain the
educational importance of the team.

For example, if we take our primary education as an
example. Let's take a simple example, the 1st grade
"Education" textbook. The "Education" textbook
contains topics such as "Masterpieces of Manners",
"We Study Together", "In the Family Circle", "Creative
Activities", "Sharpening the Mind", while the "Let
Discipline Be Your Companion Every Moment" section
of the 2nd grade "Education" textbook contains topics
such as "Rules of Conduct in Public Transport", "Good
and Bad People", "Someone's Rights", "A Healthy Mind

in a Healthy Body", and these topics serve as a "bridge"
in improving students' teamwork skills. Of course, it is
not for nothing that our wise people said, "Knowledge
acquired in youth is like a pattern carved in stone." The
theoretical foundations of managing a student
community go back to the educational process, and the
educational process is based on its solid scientific and

theoretical foundation. Based on the belief that “the

process of forming the content and structural structure
of educational theory is subject to the basic laws that

play an important role in the formation of any activity,”
we can use the “Concept Analysis” methodology in the

process of experimental and observational work to
conduct a question-and-answer session with primary

school students on the topic “The concept of
community in my opinion” and find out the opinions of

students. One of the methods found to make lessons in

This method is useful not only in primary education,
but also in higher grades. The reason is that students,
based on their creativity and their interests, complete

creates various thoughts, views, ideas and teachings
during the perception of reality. Therefore, in the
process of educating students in teamwork skills, it is
important to educate their thoughts, correctly
understand the rights and obligations of students,
correctly use the privileges provided by the legal
system on the right to education, to achieve students'
knowledge of their rights, to know and apply the legal
documents on their rights in practice. All of this should
be correctly explained to young people and directed
towards the path of knowledge. The initial period of
the existence of socially significant goals in a student
team begins much earlier. This corresponds to the
period of the child's primary school.

At the second stage of developing students' skills in
teamwork, motivating factors are not directly external,
but rather encourage the student team to improve in a
specific situation. The existing conditions determine
the nature of the activity of the student team and
attract it to act consciously, not by force. We cannot
force any student to study. First of all, they must have
some desire to study or do some work, even if it is not
in them. A creative method of preparing students to
participate in the management of society, the labor
team is based on conscious self-management.

At the higher stage of the process of developing
students' teamwork skills, team improvement is based
on the elimination of existing conflicts in internal
strength, aspirations, needs, and interests.

In the early stages of the process of developing
students' teamwork skills, two types of influences can
be distinguished related to educational processes:

1. External social influences that have the ability to
change and develop students;

2. Internal pedagogical influences that continuously
develop them.

These influences emdiv important indicators and
require adequate preparation and consideration for
the success of pedagogical work. In conclusion, we can
say that in primary education, avoiding uniformity, it is
necessary to conduct lessons in a modern style and
encourage students to work in a team, knowing their
own free will. We should not focus on the specific
information given in the book, but rather on creating
new laws for themselves so that they can think more
broadly. Of course, we used these in the process of
practice.
