Аннотация

In the article, to increase the strength of the asphalt concrete coating, bitumen the enrichment of the composition and the physical and mechanical indicators of asphalt concrete were analyzed. In the process, additives applied to increase the tolerance of asphalt concrete Coating Laboratory the conditions are checked for strength indicators, which are now many in our country it was compared with the strength indicators of the asphalt concrete coatings used. As a result, the strength indicators of asphalt concrete, the composition of which was applied enriched bitumen, are simple the type was found to have improved slightly from that of asphalt concrete coatings.

Introduction.

Change in climate temperature in recent years and motorization in cities a sharp increase in the

level of external forces affecting the covers of automobile roads it is causing an increase. This, in

turn, is due to the variety in the covers of car roads negative impact on quality indicators and safe

mobility by causing disruptions continues [1].

Safe and convenient movement of vehicles to the condition of road covers is inextricably linked.

Currently, in our country there are roads with asphalt concrete coating. the car makes up the

bulk of the roads [2].

This, in turn, has a negative impact on the conditions of movement and impotence in the roads of

the car shows. In the process of producing asphalt concrete mixtures with this in mind it is

necessary to increase its quality indicators[3].

Methodology.

For this purpose, in this article asphalt concrete to increase the strength of the coating by using

additional shimcha composite materials into the asphalt concrete mixture, its let's see how to

increase the properties. As a composite material from industrial waste use leads to both

economic and environmental savings [4]. Repeated effects can cause more damage to the coating

when the temperature increases. The result of violation in asphalt concrete coating on day when

the climate temperature I high and deformations occur more often.

To avoid such an effect, its consistency by enriching the composition of asphalt concrete it is

possible to increase the tolerance of its properties. This is the surface that is currently widely

used polymers, plasticizers and irons in use as active ingredients are good by applying efficiency

can be achieved [5].

Adding more surfactants to the composition of bitumen and asphalt concrete

we have carried out laboratory research work. In this process, the most in world practice one of

the common and promising project are thermoplastics and elastomers we enriched the

composition of bitumen with plasticizers that combine properties. This by using plasticizers, it is

possible to improve the quality indicators of bitumen. Bitumen in order to increase the quality

indicators, it is desirable to use a polymer solid in a ratio equal to 2.5-6% of the total mass of

bitumen.

To do this, the selected bitumen sample is placed in a metal container with a volume of about 10

liters it is placed and placed in a thermal cabinet with a thermometer. Bitumen sample 145-

155°C it is heated to a temperature of, while the temperature should not exceed 160°C. The

reason is the temperature overheating bitumen and changing the properties of the materials used

for it can. When the bitumen is heated to the temperature indicated above, it is heated from a

preheating oven to it is removed and poured into a laboratory mixer. The mixture is all at a

temperature of 160-180°C the components are kept stirring for 1-1.5 hours until they are

completely combined. The composition is homogeneous upon arrival, it is poured into Test

molds and test works gost-33137-2014 done (Figure 2).

The results are also compared in Table 1 below. [6-8]

In addition, the amount of the selected plasticizer added to the bitumen sample research has been

done on how bitumen affects mortic temperature. In this common asphalt concrete plasticizer

BND 60/90 in the amount of 0.5% to 1% of the mass of the mixture results were obtained by

adding bitumi.

Conclusion

The level of motorization in recent times is especially acute the number of heavy cargo vehicles

increasing the amount of loads and exposure time from them to asphalt concrete coatings,

various defarmatory disorders and cracks appear in asphalt concrete coatings.

- Taking these into account, we have enriched the content of bitumen within the framework of

our research work to determine its quality indicators have a particularly high temperature

stability and cold tolerance we increased. Through this we have been able to create asphalt

concrete that tolerates the effects of hot and cold climates.

- While in the process of making asphalt concrete, add to it a little surfactant material (polymer

and cellulose) through the joint swelling, its compressive strength is 3 times that of ordinary

asphalt concrete we managed to get a more solid modified asphalt concrete.

By applying these in practice, it is resistant to the effects of hot and cold climates, as well as

heavy load durable asphalt concrete car resistant to loads falling from vehicles we will be able to

build roads and increase its service life through it.
