Teshabayeva Dilfuza

Dilfuza Muminovna Teshabayeva in 1995 graduated the Faculty of Russian Philology of the Fergana State Pedagogical Institute. In 2001-2004 – at the doctoral program of the Uzbek State University of World Languages.

On September 22, 2000, Dilfuza Muminovna successfully defended her PhD thesis on the topic “Speech etiquette of business writing in the trade sphere (based on the material of Uzbek and Russian languages)” in the specialty 10.02.20 – comparative historical, typological and comparative linguistics, linguistic translation studies at the Specialized Council 067.02.10 at the National University named after Ulugbek.

On March 24, 2012, she successfully defended her doctoral dissertation in the specialty 10.02.19 – theory of language on the topic: “Research of the language of the media in the aspect of speech culture (using the example of the media of the Republic of Uzbekistan)” in the specialized council K 067.04.02.

In 2014, she was awarded the academic title of associate professor, in 2019 -professor.

From 1999 to 2013, Dilfuza Muminovna was an assistant teacher, a senior teacher and an associate professor of the Department of Language and Media Style of the Uzbek State University of World Languages, from 2013 to 2017 she was the head of the Department of World Literature and Literary Studies of the Uzbek State University of World Languages, from 2017 to 2021 she was the head of the Department of Intensive Second Foreign Language Education of the Uzbek State University of World Languages. Since 2021, she has been the head of the Department of Language Support for Intercultural Communication at the same University.

D.M.Teshabayeva is the author of about 200 works, including several textbooks and monographs.

To this day, 21 researchers defended their PhD thesis in philological sciences under the supervision of D.M. Teshabayeva. Currently, she is supervising more than 10 doctors of Philosophy and Doctors of Sciences.
