IMPACTS AND RISKS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND VIOLENT CRIME ON SOCIETY

Human trafficking is a recognized human rights violation and a public health and global development problem. Violence is often a hallmark of human trafficking. This study aims to describe documented cases of violence among persons identified as victims of human trafficking, examine associated factors throughout the trafficking cycle, and examine the prevalence of violence in different labor sectors.

PROTECTING MIGRANTS' RIGHTS IN UZBEKISTAN

This article explores the development of Uzbekistan's migration policy since independence, initially focused on stabilizing politics and boosting the economy, later becoming more comprehensive as sovereignty and global ties grew. It examines national mechanisms protecting migrants' rights, including the roles of the President, Oliy Majlis, judiciary, Cabinet of Ministers, and civil society. Key reforms address foreign citizen entry, labor migration, registration, and illegal migration, aligning with the Global Compact for Migration and Sustainable Development Goals. The article proposes a 2024–2030 National Action Plan to enhance these efforts, highlighting the need for a Migration Code, better inter-agency coordination, and stronger international cooperation to address legal gaps and emerging challenges like ecological migration.

Ushbu maqolada sport amaliyotida, xususan, bolalar sportida dastlabki o‘rgatish jarayonining nazariy va amaliy asoslari yoritilgan. Dastlabki o‘rgatish ko‘p yillik sport tayyorgarligining fundamental bosqichi sifatida talqin etilib, unda bolaning ontogenetik, biopsixologik va funksional imkoniyatlarini hisobga olish zarurligi ta’kidlanadi. Jismoniy tayyorgarlikning umumiy va maxsus turlari, ularni rivojlantirish uslublari, shuningdek, texnik-taktik malakalarga bosqichma-bosqich o‘rgatish metodlari keng bayon etiladi. Basketbol bo‘yicha jismoniy tarbiya darsining maqsad va vazifalari, tuzilishi hamda o‘quv jarayonini samarali tashkil etish yo‘llari ilmiy asosda tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada pedagogik nazorat, o‘quvchilarning qiziqishi va motivatsiyasini oshirishga qaratilgan metodik tavsiyalar ham berilgan.

INCLUSIVE EDUCATION AS A HUMAN RIGHT: INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS AND NATIONAL REFORMS IN DISABILITY RIGHTS

Inclusive education has emerged as one of the central pillars of contemporary human rights law, affirming the principle that no person should be excluded from learning opportunities on the basis of disability. While international legal instruments such as the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) establish strong obligations for States to ensure access to inclusive education, the translation of these commitments into effective national reforms remains uneven. This article examines the right to education of persons with disabilities through the lens of international human rights standards and the legislative reforms undertaken within Uzbekistan. It situates the issue within the broader normative framework established by the United Nations and regional human rights systems, before turning to the domestic legal order to analyze the extent to which global commitments are reflected in national law and policy.

Ushbu maqolada Birlashgan Millatlar Tashkiloti (BMT) va mintaqaviy tashkilotlarning xalqaro iqtisodiy sanksiyalarni joriy etish bo‘yicha vakolatlari doktrinal-huquqiy tahlil qilinadi. Unda iqtisodiy sanksiyalar landshafti BMT Xavfsizlik Kengashining taxminiy ustunligi modelidan ko‘p qatlamli va bahsli huquqiy tartibotga aylangani ta’kidlanadi. Maqolada zamonaviy sanksiya rejimlarining legitimligi va samaradorligi jamoaviy xavfsizlik talablarini mintaqaviy huquqiy tartibotlarning konstitutsiyaviy normalari bilan muvofiqlashtirishga va xususiy sektorning risklarni kamaytirish (de-risking) harakatlarining kutilmagan gumanitar oqibatlarini yumshatishga bog‘liq degan xulosaga kelinadi.

This article analyzes the legal status, tasks, and significance of the Constitutional Oversight Committee, a special body carrying out constitutional oversight in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, and the role and significance of the Constitutional Oversight Committee in public administration, as well as its organizational and legal basis. The role of this body is widely covered in such tasks as ensuring the supremacy of the Constitution, which is the fundamental law of the state, implementing the principle of separation of powers, and monitoring the compliance of laws and regulatory legal acts with the Constitution. The article also provides a comparative analysis of the organizational and legal foundations necessary to ensure the independence and effectiveness of the institution of constitutional control, as well as international practice.
