Relevance of the topic:
In the study of biochemical reactions associated with the action of free
radicals, there is a relationship between changes in tissues in the div's aging, atherosclerosis, type 2
diabetes and cancer.
Purpose of work:
selective gossitan consists of studying the antioquism as well as
antiradicality nature of safflower extracts.
To achieve the purpose of the work, we used the following research tasks. Study of solubility
and properties of extracted gossitan, gallora extracts. Determination of the antioxidant and
antiradicality properties of selected gossitan, gallora extracts. The effect of Gossitan and safflower
extracts on LPO and oxygen balance in the div
The procedure for conducting research
. Determination of the antioxidant property due to the
thinning of the adrenaline autooxidation reaction;
- Determination of antiradical activity of Ekstrakt saflora and Gossitan by recording the change
in optical density of the free radical of DFPG (radical);
- Determination of antiradical and antioxidant activity of compounds (quercetin and
dihydroquercetin exsample) in relation to hydrogen peroxide according to the method based on the
Ruch method;
- The effect of quercetin polyphenols, tannins, flavonoids on hypoxia was tested by prepatas,
which divided animals into 6 groups. The
Clark electrode is positioned so that it is sensitive to the
oxygen content in the environment.
Results:
The antioxidant activity of polyphenols, tannins, flavonoids isolated from plants was
determined by thinning the autoxidation reaction of adrenaline in vitro. In this, we examined
antioxidant activity in concentrations of 100, 250, 500, 750, 1000mg/ml, dissolving substances
extracted from plants in 30% alcohol and water. The substances extracted from plants were compared
with the antioxidants of the standard antioxidants quercetin and glyclazide. All polyphenols, tannins,
flavonoids isolated from plants have antioxidant properties. Because they all showed higher rates than
glyclazide. In them, Gossitan in a concentration of 1000 mg/ml showed the highest antioxidant
activity with 37.70%, and Gallora extract with 33.0%. In the perexis oxidation processes of lipids in
mitochondrial membranes, the ion channels in the membrane break down, allowing various ions and
free radicals to enter and the phenomenon of staining is observed. The addition of Gossitan and
Gallora extract reduces the mitochondrial bullshit phenomenon.
Conclusion:
Based on individual solutions for each of the extracted and selected substances,
30 mcg/ml was selected for in vitro conditions.
Substances isolated from plants have been found to
have high antioxidant properties.The presence of antiradicality properties of quercitin and rutin
flavonoids in the Japanese saffron plant and comparing it to synthetic flavonoids showed quercitin
3.4 times higher, rutin 1.84 times higher activity.
