Introduction
: In our modern society, a teacher, as a
person in the most active position, must master modern
knowledge, be tireless in search and selfless, because
this is an indispensable process that saves a person from
intellectual and spiritual poverty. The implementation
of modern standards requires a teacher not only high
qualifications
and
continuous
professional
development, but also a creative approach to his work.
The teacher's creativity is of great importance, as he is
able to revise and improve his experience, change and
creatively use the well-known, create qualitative
innovations.
The concept of creativity (lat., eng. "create" - creator,
"creative" - creator) when translated from English
means creativity.
Creativity can be called: striving for creativity, a creative
approach to life, constant critical reflection and analysis
of oneself. Based on the current dictionaries of
psychology and pedagogy, a teacher's creativity can be
defined as the level of his thoughts, feelings,
communication, and a creative approach to a particular
type of activity. Creativity is responsible for reproducing
the information available to a person and creating an
endless number of new models of it.
Creativity is contagious, in order to be creative, a person
needs to communicate with more creative people and

always be in search. Just as any skill can be formed, the
ability or skill of creative thinking can be developed.
This applies to future teachers, and working on
creativity helps future teachers think in an unusual
way. However, inspiring future teachers and
encouraging them to be creative depends on how
qualified the teacher is. Research on creativity serves
as a guide in the formation of the skill of creativity. This
includes the atmosphere in the classroom, the
formation of the way of thinking of future teachers, the
approach and strategies of the teacher.
One of the main indicators of a child's preparation for
effective education is correct, well-developed speech.
Correct speech is an important condition for the
comprehensive development of a child. The more
correct and rich the child's speech, the easier it is for
him to express his thoughts, the more opportunities he
has for perceiving the world around him, the more
complete and meaningful his relationship with adults
and peers will be, and his mental development will also
be actively carried out. Therefore, it is important to
take care of the timely formation of speech in children,
its purity and correctness, to prevent and correct
various defects that are manifested in the language in
which the child's speech is formed.
The process of studying children with speech disorders
shows that, as speech and thinking are interconnected,
speech and movement are also closely interconnected.
The child's mastery of speech allows him to
understand, plan and regulate his actions. A speech
therapist should be able to comprehensively study a
child with a speech disorder and take measures to
eliminate shortcomings in his personality. At the same
time, it is important to constantly work on himself and
develop and effectively use the specific features of the
motivation given by the teacher in order to apply
modern educational technologies in science and
effectively use them in practice. In special
psychological and pedagogical literature, as well as in
regulatory documents, the use of development
technologies in the professional activities of the future
speech therapist plays a significant role.
A future speech therapist is a person who has special
knowledge in pedagogical, psychological and
specialized areas, professional training, high moral
qualities and works in educational institutions. A
speech therapist must be able to comprehensively
study a child with a speech defect, take measures to
eliminate shortcomings in personal characteristics. At
the same time, it is important to constantly work on
oneself and develop and effectively use the specific
features of the motivation given by the teacher in
order to apply modern educational technologies in
science and effectively use them in practice. In special
psychological and pedagogical literature, as well as in
regulatory documents, the use of development
technologies in the professional activities of a speech
therapist plays a great role.
The effectiveness of modern teaching methods and
educational technologies in the educational process of
future speech therapists depends on their use of
knowledge and skills in practical processes, which
develops the personal characteristics of the speech
therapist and ensures his professional skills. The
technological model of professional training for speech
therapists
allows
to
change
the
qualitative
characteristics of the educational process in a positive
direction.
The organization of training activities in specialized
institutions at various facilities, the organization of
practice in the training of future speech therapists gives
great results. It allows not only to determine the level of
competence in differentiating speech defects, types and
forms of corrective approaches, but also to prove the
possibility of increasing this level, thereby creating
potential conditions for success in future professional
activities.
Changes in special education require changes in the
professional training of speech therapists. Society needs
a modern specialist who is knowledgeable, passionate
about his profession, and this concept reflects the
fundamentally new socio-value and moral-psychological
directions of society, modern trends in the development
of science. The training of speech therapists is, first of
all, relevant, not only to prepare a person who is an
integral part of high professionalism, intelligence, social
maturity and creativity, but also to eliminate personality
traits and shortcomings in them by using technologies
to develop the personality traits and pedagogical skills
of future speech therapists.
An integral indicator of the maturity and development
of the system of socially significant characteristics and
professional, personal qualities of a modern speech
therapist should be the readiness to create individual
correction plans and programs that are implemented in
individual creative and professional pedagogical
activity. It is associated with the creation of an effective
learning environment, which is formed under the
influence of factors such as the training of special
specialists and the organization of special education, the
continuity of practical speech therapy classes, the
qualitative renewal of technological conditions.
It is important to develop speech therapists' personal
qualities based on the principles of honesty, humanity,
creativity, patience, determination, kindness and
professional skills and an approach to activity, as well as
to pass a higher pedagogical school. In connection with

the professional training of modern speech therapists,
it is necessary to emphasize personal-activity, multi-
subjective and individual-creative approaches in the
educational
and
pedagogical
process.
Its
implementation is important to forecast future
professional activity, the priority of personal and
interpersonal relationships. The technological model
of professional training of a future speech therapist
involves clarifying the role and tasks of the teacher and
student in the educational and pedagogical process.
They are most effectively implemented in the didactic
management structure, which is a specific type of
activity and a condition for creative self-realization of
a teacher of a higher pedagogical school.
The specifics of the activities of a future modern
speech therapist are, first of all, in the correction of
speech disorders in children, but a modern speech
therapist works with children of different categories,
including children with various disorders, which
necessitates the need to educate children. It can be
considered as a practitioner who can freely move in
related fields of science, is interested in scientific and
research activities, and is able to use communicative,
competent and innovative technologies in practical
activities. A speech therapist requires extensive
knowledge and experience, since they deal not only
with deviations in speech development, but also with
children with other psychophysical problems, that is,
with secondary disabilities. Thus, it is important for a
speech therapist to be prepared for work in the
correctional education system to be able to
successfully apply their theoretical knowledge in
practice. In conclusion, it is emphasized that future
speech therapists should be prepared for professional
activity through the above personal qualities, be
skillful, love their profession and, of course, continue
to search. In the preparation of future speech
therapists, it is important that they are knowledgeable,
have all-round mature personal qualities, and, of
course, have modern knowledge. In the process of
correctional work, it is necessary to be able to think
deeply and effectively use unique methods in constant
search.
