This article identifies the priority factors affecting the activities and work efficiency of employees of the territorial divisions of the Agency for Youth Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and conducts their multi-factor regression and correlation analysis. As a result, an effective personnel management model was developed based on factors that have a high impact on employee satisfaction

The article explores the scientific and theoretical aspects of the use of marketing research in the study of consumer behavior. Factors influencing consumer behavior have been identified. Models of consumer behavior are commented on. The study of consumer behavior in Uzbekistan is based on the proposal to use the model "Family Life Cycle".

This article is aimed at developing the entrepreneurial potential of the population of the Surkhandarya region, in which the state of entrepreneurial potential using theoretical and empirical analysis is studied and evaluated on a scientific basis. The attitude of the population of the region to the entrepreneurial potential was determined, the level of their involvement in small business and preparation for the opening of their own entrepreneurship was assessed. The
conditions necessary to increase the entrepreneurial activity of the population have been identified. On the basis of the conducted social questionnaires, problems related to the effective use of the potential of small business entities in the regions were studied, as a result of conducting social questionnaires, the authors analyzed the potential status of entrepreneurship in the region and developed scientifically-based proposals and recommendations.

The article is devoted to the management of problem loans of commercial banks. The factors influencing the occurrence of problem debts are systematized. The theoretical foundations of distressed assets management are considered. Measures are given to reduce the share of problem loans of Uzbek commercial banks on the basis of European experience.

This paper describes the emerging problems of distance learning, especially in the universities during the pandemic. An improvement aspect of the quality of teaching to students an engineering disciplines that require a special approach to teaching are studied. Disciplines such as "Technical drawing" and "Engineering drawing" are selected as a case study. An evaluation way of students gained knowledge also discussed. An information and communication systems (ICT) were widely used at the Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent (TTPU) to implement this process in the 2019/20, 2020/21 academic years, and students were successfully provided with all the information on the subjects. It was recommended to use more graphical and logical questions to test their knowledge.
