About the Journal

The aim of the conference is to develop approaches to solving the problems of legal regulation and protection of social relations related to digital technologies.

The conference is aimed at creating a scientific discussion space for improving existing and developing new mechanisms to ensure the legal regime of rapidly developing digital technologies. The value of the event is the organization of a broad platform for an open and comprehensive dialogue between representatives of different branches of legal sciences, authorities and business.

The conference will include plenary and breakout sessions with presentations by leading legal scholars and experts, practicing lawyers, representatives of law-making and law-enforcement bodies, representatives of the real sector of the economy, including developers and manufacturers of digital technology products. A separate section is allocated for young researchers-students studying under bachelor's and master's degree programs.
