Study of peculiarities of fibrillations and hearta in chronic kidney disease

Most researchers attribute an increase in the left atrium and changes in the left atrial myocardium
to the factors predisposing to AF. It is known that one of the reasons for the increase in the left atrium is diastolic dysfunction of the left ventricle, meanwhile, CHF in patients with CKD in most cases is based
on diastolic dysfunction. Atrial fibrosis is a common finding in AF. It is known that the formation of fibrosis in the myocardium is also a characteristic feature of heart changes in patients with CKD. In this regard, it is of interest to analyze whether a moderate decrease in renal function affects the frequency of atrial fibrillation in patients with chronic heart failure.
