  • The paper studied the effect of three-component phytocombination of extracts of Ginkgo biloba, Red clover and Horse chestnut in the test "open field" for state of orienting-exploratory behavior (OEB) in rats of both sexes on the model of hyperlipidemia. The evaluation of OEB was carried out on values of the follow-ing indicators: the latent period of the first movement, the horizontal and vertical motor activity, looking into the "hole", the number of acts of grooming and defecation. Experimentally proved, that oral administration for 14 days studied combination of extracts of medicinal plants on the background of a simulated hyper-lipidemia realized a favorable impact on OEB animals. Revealed sex differences of pharmaco-correcting im-pact of the studied combination of herbal remedies, as a motor, and the research activity. Shown the expedi-ency of further in-depth of the pharmacological studies this phytocombination as pharmaceuticals drugs for the prevention and treatment of cognitive disorders, emerging for hyperlipidemia

  • It was investigated the effects of chronic prenatal, postnatal and combined stress on the body of young rats of different sex. Stress causes significant activation of lipid peroxidation in the the heart. Minimal mor-phological changes were found in males with prenatal stress, the maximal – in females with combined stress. In all animals with chronic stress was activates humoral immunity, in males the maximum increase observed during prenatal stress. Increasing the immunoglobulins and circulated immune complexes may be predictor of the development of chronic inflammatory diseases, autoimmune diseases in the organs of endocrine sys-tem.

  • The results of biochemical parameters of osteoregeneration in rats with traumatic bone defect in the lovastatin nanoparticles transdermal administration have been shown in this study. Biochemical markers of connective tissue, such as alkaline and acid phosphatases activity, index of mineralization, collagenolytic activity of plasma and the content of glycosaminoglycans, in rats with bone trauma treated with lovastatin in regular form were not changed significantly compared to the control. Indicators of connective tissue metabo-lism markedly improved in rats with traumatic defect treated with lovastatin incorporated into nanoparticles. Our results predict the possibility of the using of lovastatin nanoparticles for the optimization of osteoregen-eration

  • The research showed that in the control group at all ages throughout the bowel distally increasing number of medium and small lymphocytes. In the experiment the growth of large quantities of lymphocytes is observed in the gut lymphoid nodules with age. Against the background of reduction of small and medium sized number of lymphocytes is almost unchanged. The number of small lymphocytes in lymphoid nodules in all age groups and less in control group in all segments of the intestine. Increase in the number of large (immature) lymphocytes in lymphoid nodules of intestine indicates the response of the body to chemical at-tack

  • The peculiarities of anti-apoptotic mechanisms in the nerve and glial cells of the temporal lobe cortex are studied by the changes of location of Bcl-2 + -cells and concentration and content of Bcl-2protein in them in rats with diabetes mellitus in the dynamics of ischemic-reperfusion injury of the brain. Anti-apoptotic potential was found to be intensified in the early port-ischemic period in the nerve and mostly in glial cells of the tem-poral lobe cortex at the expense of increased amount of Bcl-2 + -cells and concentration of Bcl-2 protein in them. In the late post-ischemic period the activity of anti-apoptotic processe in the nerve cells remains elevated, and in the glial cells it is reduced a bit by means of decreased density of Bcl-2 protein. Three-month strepto-zotocin-induced diabetes does not affect on the expression of Bcl-2 protein in the nerve and glial cells of the cerebral temporal lobe cortex. 20 minute ischemia with 1 hour reperfusion was found to intensify anti-apoptotic potential in the nerve and glial cells of the cerebral temporal lobe cortex in animals with diabetes mellitus at the expense of both increased amount of Bcl-2 + -cells and concentration of Bcl-2 protein in them.On the 12 th day of ischemic-reperfusion period in rats with carbohydrate metabolic disorders the intensity of anti-apoptotic mechanisms in the nerve cells remains high, and in the glial ones – on the level of the control group of animals.

  • It was researched on outbred white rats were activity and topography of enteral enzymes on animals from a mixed, non-aggressive and aggressive groups in the conditions of immobilization stress. Depending on the behavioral characteristics of animals there are variations in activity and topography of enzymes over a small intestine. These parameters are close in rats of mixed and non-aggressive groups, but in aggressive in-dividuals picture differs, sharply different from the two above-described groups: activity of enteral enzymes, excluding lactase, is higher and topography of enzymes is different. Based on behavioral characteristics, dis-covered the inherent norm for enteral enzymes activity and topography in rats of mixed, non-aggressive and aggressive groups. More variable is enzymatic activities topography of respective enzymes in homogenate mucosa, taken along the small intestine.

  • Studies have shown that the experimental group morphometric parameters epididymis of the testes in all age groups is less than in the control group. In rats, the experimental groups exposed to magnesium chlorate number of lobules and ducts smaller diameter than in the control group, where the diameter of the tubular appendage of the control group to newborn sexually mature age (90 days) is increased to 10 times, and in all the experimental group - 3, 8 times. The impact of magnesium chlorate, switched to growing organism (rat) through the mother's milk (female rats) leads to delays in the development of testicular appendages and slow down the process of spermatogenesis in rats

  • 30 rabbits took part at the experiment. Cornea of some of them was burned with alkali; conjunctival sac of the others was washed with the “Polisorb” sorbent solution after the combustion. Gross destructive chang-es in cornea arose already after the combustion and progressed till the end of the experiment. An hour after the combustion in the setting of homogenized tissue of the cornea frontal epithelium we also found cells with signs of gross destructive damages in its central parts. Cornea proper substance was destructed as well. De-fibring and fragmentation of collagen fibrillas was also discovered, their parallel orientation was getting lost. Changes in the group of animals, which were treated with “Polisorb”, were less significant than in the group of animals without correction. In an hour after the combustion the destructive changes in the frontal epitheli-um were almost the same as in the group of animals whose conjunctiva was not treated with “Polisorb” sorbent. Though, we discovered cells with partially residual structural elements more often. Destructive changes in the cornea proper substance were moderate. In the group of animals without correction destruc-tive changes in all layers of cornea progressed even later, their maximum development occurred in 24 hours after the combustion. In as little as 12 hours after the investigation start not only epithelial cells of the injured part of the cornea, but also its marginal area incurred obvious destruction. Intercellular spaces were exagger-ated and vacuolated. The proper substance was completely disorganized. In the contrast, in 12 hours after the combustion dehydration processes began to take off in the cornea of the animals whose conjunctive sac was washed with “Polisorb” sorbent. When morphological pattern at the combustion area was steady, we discov- ered residual and functionally active epithelial cells with moderately destructive changes in the marginal ar-ea. The eye structure was regenerating during 24 hours of the investigation

  • The experiment has been carried out on 60 senior male rats. The dynamics of changes in morphomet-ric parameters of thickness of small intestine mucosa has been shown. It has been established that no reliable difference in morphometric parameters of mucosa thickness of small intestine wall (duodenum, jejunum and ileum) in intact and control groups of animals was noted (skin incision with further suture ligation). Single subcutaneous administration of cryopreserved placenta promotes changes in studied morphometric parame-ters. In this way parameters of duodenum mucosa thickness statistically significantly increased on the 5 day with recovery on the 30 day of the experiment to the values of intact group. In the ileum this parameter also increased on the 5 day, however this increase was statistically insignificant.

  • Experiments carried out on adult rats of "conventionally mixed" group, not been tested for aggression, as well as in growing rats of different ages showed that there is a definite pattern in the localization of the enzyme activity of the small intestine. Indicators of functional activity in adult rats of mixed and non-aggressive group are of the same type, but rats of the aggressive group have differences. Such identity is typical for rats aged 21 and 30 days. Depending on the behavioral characteristics, adult rats, as well as their progeny have more variable enzymatic activities topography. Immobilization stress differently affects the morphological and functional characteristics of the small intestine in adult rats according to their behavioral characteristics. In rats aged 21 days, born to parents of mixed, non-aggressive and aggressive group, immobilization stress causes similar disturbances in the functional state of the small intestine. Phenazepam better corrects violations in the functional state of the small intestine during immobilization stress in adult aggressive rats in comparing with individuals of mixed and non-aggressive groups. Prophylactic introduction of Phenazepam has almost no protective effects during immobilization stress in rats aged 21 days, regardless of the behavioral characteristics of their parents. Protective effect of a tranquilizer begins to emerge in young rats aged 30 days, especially those born from aggressive parents

  • It was researched changes in exocrine pancreatic function under the impact of hexachlorocyclohexane (HCСH) on outbred white rats. The results allow concluding that decrease in secretion of amylase and lipase in the first days of the experiment due to a decrease in the intensity of their synthesis in the acinar cells. Prolonged use of HCСH in a dose 1/20 LD 50 initially causes inhibition of synthesis and secretion of pancreatic enzymes, and by the end of the study significantly increases the intensity enzyme former processes

  • The objective of this reseach has been the study of immunotropic properties of the cryopreserved pig substrate (CPSS) in guinea pig in the experimental pathology, such as a contact dermatitis guinea pigs. The guinea pigs had a normal immune status. It has been defined, that prophylactic administration of CPSS to animals stimulates the phagocytic function of lymphocytes, has no effect on antibody response. In terms of allergic dermatitis CPSS decreases the severity of inflammation and normalizes the level of immunoglobulins. These results indicate immunomodulatory properties of CPSS and make it appropriate for further study to create antiallergic agent for highly pathogenic therapy of allergic dermatitis.
