The aim of research work is development of technology for optimization parameters, range expansion, improvement of quality indicators of national avrofabrics.
Scientific novelty of the research is as follows:
it established that the cause of uneven yam tension in the process of developing Avrova fabric on the loom is the non-uniformity of the tension warp yams for libita width;
it developed a new method of technology for the national awr fabric with desired properties and structures;
experimentally proved the geometric shape of the section lapping-ki libita yam wound on the warping drum and analytically determined amount of filament winding;
developed and theoretically justified libit-warping drum aligns the yam tension libita;
apparatus for binding surface libita, to provide a predetermined tension Avrova thread and an electronic SET Single registration for the value of the thread tension. Theoretically determined the specific density of the winding process and parameters avrbandnogo optimized eliminated fault «Nalezhka» in the fabric;
developed new structures Avrova tissue, a method of producing pile fabrics, knitted fabrics receive Avrova way to warp knitting machine;
the optimal technological parameters of weaving process, allowing reduction in breakage and improving the quality of fabrics «Khan-Atlas».
