Ushbu maqolada IT-soha hayotimizda qanchalik kerak ekanligi xususida qisqacha yoritilgan. Bugungi kunda jahonda va mamlakatimizda IT-sohaga kata e’tibor qaratilmoqda. Ushbu soha vakillariga esa talab borgan sari ortib bormoqda. Mamlakatimizda bu sohaning asl mutaxassislari ko’p emas. Shuning uchun hukumatimiz o‘z e’tiborini bu sohani rivojlantirishga, yoshlarni bu sohaga jalb etishga qaratgan. Произведен анализ известных способов формирования каналов утечки информации и физические методы защиты информации, передаваемой по волоконно-оптических линиях связи. Предложены способы повышения защищенности оптического волокна при передаче данных, а также предложена и описана модель системы защиты информации в волоконно-оптической линии на основе устройства рефлектометра.
Для криптообработки информации с использованием шифрования Вернам разработан рабочий симулятор логического элемента XOR, основанный на тех же принципах, что и магнитооптические логические элементы. Проведена экспериментальная проверка устройства-имитатора с использованием кодирования ASCII и разработан алгоритм шифрования и дешифрования текстовой информации.

This article is written to describe whether cartoon films can improve students’ pronunciation ability and to what extent cartoon films can improve students’ pronunciation ability. Furthermore, to identify what happens when cartoon films are used as a teaching learning media in pronunciation practice.
Subjects of research: associative switching system structure, associative switching system networks, associative switching and routing, their models and design methods
Purpose of work: research and design of switching node models and designing methods of the broadband multilevel N-dimension associative switching networks.
Methods of research: researches based on algebraic system of associative switching, probability theory, queueing theory, group theory, z-transform methods, matrix algorithms, parametric analysis of time-probabilistic characteristics and network stricture optimization.
The results obtained and their novelty: associative switching fabric model based on group theory with alphabet A and substitution system F; switching task solution in the network modules of the associative switching system is represented as multiplication operation of multiplicative algebraic substitution group of matrix elements in RAM and program memory (function domain of Neighbourhood Single Radius NSR); analytical models of associative switching system of the ring and star structures.
Practical value: Formulas for practical design of associative switching system arc obtained. Formulas allow to choosing associative switching system parameters according specified requirements and initial data. It’s defined associative switching fabric application in switching systems have more higher performance in comparison with traditional switching systems.

Subjects of the research: The diagnostics of data transmission systems’ (DTS) elements under operation terms, methods of the control of DTA (data transmission apparatus) and diagnostics of digital devises on the base of signature analysis.
Purpose of work: Investigation and development of effective control methods and diagnostic of data transmission systems’ elements.
.Method of research: On solving of given problems analytical and program methods of investigation have been used, including elaborated models and methodic with following processing and analyses of the received results. Analytical methods were based on probability theory, flow - chart theory, reliability theory, algebra logic theory, machine modeling theory.
The results obtained and their novelty: The cascade model of error source of discreet channel and the strategy of diagnostics and restoring the efficiency of DTS elements. The mathematic model of embedded control over DTS elements with and without self control and evaluation of volumes value and efficiency. Evaluation methodic of sample signatures reliability and calculation. The algorithms of despairs detection at signature analysis application, minimizing the time of search. An imitation model for evaluating the methods of compact testing and sample signatures shaping.
Practical value: The elaborated methodic, algorithms and programs are recommended for practical use at designing of control - diagnostic provision at the stage of operation of data transmission systems.

The aim of the research work is the development of a technique for calculating the seismodynamics of underground pipelines with complex conditions of interaction with soil.
Scientific novelty of the research work consists in the following: solution techniques for wide application of approximate numerical methods to the problems of seismodynamics of underground pipelines are improved; a technique for calculating stress-strain state (SSS) of underground pipelines under longitudinal oscillations is developed, it takes into account the linear and nonlinear interactions in “pipe-soil” system; a technique for calculating stress-strain state of complex systems of underground pipelines under the influence of seismic loads with distributed masses is developed; a technique for calculating stress-strain state for pipeline systems of orthogonal and non-orthogonal configurations is developed for an arbitrary direction of seismic loads.
