  • A conditioned reflex (temporal connection) is an individual reaction acquired during life through learning (as opposed to an unconditioned (innate) reflex). It is produced under certain conditions: the coincidence in time of the unconditioned stimulus and the neutral stimulus (a classic example: the presentation of food with the simultaneous ignition of a light bulb), as a result of which a reaction (for example, salivation) appears after a while to the presentation of only a neutral stimulus.

  • In our work, the stress reaction of the body, manifested in the digestive organs, was noted. Aggressiveness is an important form of zoosocial behavior in animals of different species, having adaptive significance and manifested by a species-specific set of behavioral reactions [4, 5]. But the peculiarities of the functioning of the digestive organs, depending on the behavioral characteristics of the body, are not sufficiently studied either in a normal state or under stress.

  • The article presents data on the study of the activity and topography of enteral enzymes in rats of mixed, non- aggressive and aggressive groups under conditions of immobilization stress. The experiments were carried out on adult outbred rats. The experiment revealed that the topography of the enzymatic activities of the corresponding enzymes in the mucosal homogenate taken along the entire small intestine is more variable.

  • The human thyroid gland is an unpaired organ consisting of two lobes connected by an isthmus. Normally, the thyroid gland is located on the anterior surface of the neck, fixed to the anterior and lateral surfaces of the trachea and larynx with connective tissue. The cells of the thyroid gland have a dual origin.

  • One of current problems of the modern neurophysiology is relationship of bark of larger hemispheres with subcortical structures of a brain. Among these structures a specific place is held by the hypothalamus differing in variety of the functional manifestations and playing an important role in a regulation of emotional and motivational, somatic and vegetative components of the composite reactions of adaptive behavior.

  • Daily effects on growing rats with a high external temperature led to
phase changes in the activity of alpha-amylase in pancreatic tissue, the severity of which wasdifferent in animals receiving a particular diet. The task of the authors was to identify the specific features of the effect of hyperthermia on the activity of pancreatic enzymes.

  • This article highlights important scientific evidence on the distribution area of dye plants in the ecological conditions of Surkhandarya, their importance in human life, and their study. Based on the research results, data on the biological characteristics of coloring plants and their adaptability to environmental factors are presented. The article also discusses the physiological and biochemical properties of plants such as saffron (Crocus sativus), indigofera (Indigofera tinctoria L.), and their use in industry and medicine. The use of these plants as a natural dye source, their impact on the environment, and economic significance were also analyzed.

  • This study explores the influence of emotional intelligence and anxiety on the speech development and social adaptation of preschool children. Emotional intelligence enhances children's communication skills and emotional regulation, fostering improved speech and social integration. In contrast, anxiety can negatively impact emotional regulation, leading to social withdrawal and delayed speech development. Interventions such as social-emotional learning and cognitive-behavioral strategies are highlighted as effective tools for promoting emotional competence and reducing anxiety.

  • Speech and language development in preschool children is profoundly shaped by parental interaction. This study highlights the importance of verbal communication, reading habits, and parental education level in fostering language acquisition between ages 3–6. Interactive shared book reading, storytelling, and verbal engagement improve vocabulary, grammar, and communication skills. Moreover, socioeconomic status and educational background influence the quality of parental support, further affecting speech development outcomes.
