INTRODUCTION
Publicity, which is one of the unique features of cultural
and artistic events, requires the use of specific social
and psychological mechanisms in the activities of small
and large groups and communities. Among such
mechanisms, one of the most important is the
emergence
of
social-psychological
sympathy,
empathy. Those who organize cultural and artistic
events should fully and deeply understand the
subtleties of such a state of mind and be able to use
them skillfully.
In the mechanism of emergence of social-psychological
sympathy, the following two situations are especially
important:

a) transfer of mental states with high emotional impact
to each other in the process of direct communication
between people;
b) multiple intensification of the transmitted emotion
depending on the number of people entering into
communication and the level of emotional impact.
In research on the transition of socio-psychological
states from one person to another, the main attention
is often focused on the second state, that is, on the
multiple intensification of emotions, often ignoring the
fact that interpersonal emotional communication is a
necessary basis in this mechanism. remains.
Results and discussion
Interpersonal emotional communication is even more
important in the cultural and artistic events held
among students, because these young people know
each other and there are certain emotional
relationships between them. That's why it's easy and
fast for the feelings that arise in them to pass to each
other. In addition, in the process of this transition, the
intensification of emotions occurs at a stronger level
than the relationship between viewers who are not
familiar with each other.
Cultural and artistic events will be aimed at promoting
certain values and instilling them in the minds of young
people. From the point of view of ideology, such an
event consists in encouraging participants and
participants to certain activities. Such activity takes
place within the framework of social norms and
institutions formed in the society. To put it more
simply, cultural and artistic events are based on socially
significant ideas.
One of the important requirements for cultural and
artistic events is the vitality of the problem raised in
them. If these events are not dedicated to the current
topic of interest to students, their educational
effectiveness will not be high. Scientists M. Kuronov
and U. Altinov express their opinion about this:
"Connecting the studied topic with life is the main
requirement of didactics. However, no matter how
attractive an idea is, if it is not connected with life, it
cannot form ideological belief and immunity. Because
the student's ideology is a reflection of the ideological
examples he has seen and heard in life, his dreams and
interests”.
Cultural-artistic events help in the formation of social
and
moral
ideals
among
students.
As
S.
Agzamkhodjayeva rightly stated, "The formation of the
social and moral ideal is also related to the
understanding of the individual's identity." . Self-
awareness of a person is one of the important
functions of spiritual and moral education.
In the course of regularly conducting cultural and
artistic events in the educational system, teachers and
specialists should also form a mechanism for self-

education in students. This ensures the rapid growth of
all spiritual forces necessary for the physical, mental,
moral, and aesthetic development of young people: as
a result of the organic integration of education and
self-education, young people are able to work on
themselves, to be creative. He develops the skills of
self-control,
attention
to
himself,
and
self-
management. In this way, the unity of mind and
behavior is ensured, the theory during the lesson is
introduced into practical activities, beliefs are
strengthened, and moral and moral skills are
established.
In the process of education, the pedagogue-teacher
teaches students to self-educate, to correct their
shortcomings and defects, to have a positive approach
to the strongest factors that encourage the
development of their personality, to have a critical
attitude towards themselves. it is necessary to teach.
"The self-critical approach to self-education helps,
firstly, to know one's own shortcomings and to set
goals for oneself on this basis, and secondly, it is the
object and goal of self-education. will be drunk."
"If the spark of self-criticism is instilled in a person's
mind at the right time, then he will develop such
qualities in himself to a sufficient degree." Based on
this opinion of A. Muhamedov, if the spark of self-
critical view is instilled in the minds of students in time
in the educational institution, then later, that is, after
graduation, during their independent life. they can
develop spiritual and moral qualities in themselves to a
sufficient level.
Students who have participated in specially organized
cultural and artistic events in educational institutions,
whose ability to think critically, observe themselves,
analyze and evaluate themselves by comparing them
with the images in the events performed at the event.
As a method of morally influencing students in his
activities, the pedagogue should show himself as a
personal example, that is, the pedagogue's work,
behavior, behavior, and relations with others should be
a positive example for students. .
Since the educational process is based on the Eastern
moral codes, conscientious relations are considered
important aspects in the education of students. A
pedagogue who has conscientious qualities such as
faith, purity of heart, conscious knowledge and
practical
activity,
tries
to
avoid
unfairness,
dissatisfaction, and injustice when educating,
criticizing or punishing students. In this case, the
pedagogue protects the value, honor, and dignity of
students as human beings, creates an optimistic and
healthy psychological climate in young people.

2. Cultural-educational events have great potential in
raising the morale of students and youth. However,
these opportunities are currently not being used
enough. These opportunities are manifested in the
process of creating, developing and implementing the
event plan and scenario with the participation of
students.
3. Educational activities related to spiritual and moral
education in the educational system will give the
intended results only if they are planned and carried
out in accordance with the results of the pedagogical
diagnosis given to students and young people.
4. The great potential of cultural and artistic events in
the spiritual and moral education of young people is
explained by the existence of spiritual and spiritual
closeness between the performer on the stage and the
audience-students in the hall in the educational
institutions where these events are held. Wide
involvement of students in all stages of planning,
preparation and holding of cultural and educational
events increases the educational value of these events.
CONCLUSION
In conclusion, it should be noted that a teacher not
only teaches students, but also educates them. In this
process, artistic and cultural events are of great
importance,
some
pedagogues
attach
little
importance to it, personnel consider education as the
main issue of the first place in their work activities. In
the field of pedagogy, it is natural to conduct cultural
events together with the lesson in an organic and
regular manner, giving good results.
